Produced in collaboration with NETFLIX the NMAAHC Center for African American Media Arts will host of discussion among the cast and creative team of Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (link is external) featuring performances by Viola Davis, Chadwick Boseman, and Glynn Turman. A highly anticipated adaptation of August Wilson’s award-winning play, the film is produced by Denzel Washington and directed by George Wolfe.
